We are excited to announce that Steven Goldman has joined RRD as a Partner in the Firm’s national Hospitality and Franchise & Distribution Practice Groups. Steve joins our Towson, Maryland office and will work closely with Harris Chernow and the Firm’s growing hospitality and franchise team with our offices in MD,DE, PA, and NJ.

Steve brings extensive in-house experience with Marriott and hotel owners, operators, and other hospitality clients in franchise, management, development, and operational matters. His practice also includes significant experience with “soft brands,” multi-unit transactions, and mixed-use hotel projects that include residential, resort, and casino elements.

RRD was well-represented at the 2026 Commerce Court Reception, hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section and its Business Litigation Committee last night.

Our attorneys joined members of Philadelphia’s legal community and Commerce Court judges for an evening of networking and conversation, with discussion highlighting the Court’s role in resolving complex business disputes. RRD remains at the forefront with its commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice.
