A California federal judge ruled Thursday that Flo Health Inc. and Meta cannot escape all the claims in a class action brought by users of a menstrual cycle app who allege their privacy was violated, denying parts of both companies' summary judgment bids.

SRK is proud to announce the creation of a scholarship fund at Temple University Beasley School of Law, named in honor of Eugene A. Spector '70. Gene served on the Board of Visitors and represented the Law School with distinction. The fund was established by Spector Roseman & Kodroff, P.C., the firm Gene founded. Gene recently announced his retirement at a dinner with friends, family, colleagues, and fellow alumni. Through this scholarship, and others like it, Temple Law is able to continue to attract highly credentialed students by prioritizing access to a quality legal education.
