Have A Jury Duty Summons?...Now What?
Best Answer: Respond Promptly.
A Jury Duty Summons is a Legal Notice from the Court that requires a Prompt Response from the Recipient.
Some believe that tossing the Summons in the trash will somehow Cancel the Summons and the Legal Requirement to Respond. Not True.
Ignoring a Jury Summons, in most Jurisdiction, can be punishable by Fines and Jail time.
If the Summons presents a Problem for a person to Appear, a prompt Response to the Summons, with a Legitimate Request to Postpone or Excuse should be submitted to resolve the Problem.
Courts take the Jury Process Seriously and Ignoring a Summons is considered "Contempt".

Who Keeps the Ring?
An Engagement Ring given between two people to Symbolize their Intention to be Married is given on the "Condition" that the Marriage actually occurs.
In Pennsylvania, if the Engagement is Cancelled, the Person who gave the Ring is entitled to the Return of their Ring.
The Engagement Ring is returnable regardless of who broke the Engagement.

IS MA*****NA REALLY "LEGAL"?
Depends on the Law you Apply. If you apply the State's Law that has "Legalized" Ma*****na, then on the surface, Ma*****na is legal to use in that State.
If you apply Federal Law, the simple answer is No, Ma*****na is not Legal to Use or Possess under the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
Per the U.S. Constitution, Federal Law is the "Law of the Land", which supersedes State Law. While the Constitution allows a State to make Laws to benefit the People, a State Law cannot be contrary to Federal Law. Federal Law overrides State Law.
Presently, Federal Law lists Ma*****na with He**in, L*D, etc., as a Schedule I Controlled Substance, whereby the Use, Transport, and Possession thereof, can subject a person to substantial Criminal Penalties. As such, Ma*****na is illegal under Federal Law.
To Bridge the Gap created by the conflict of Laws, the Federal Government is now moving towards the Rescheduling of Ma*****na to a lower Classification and thus possibly a Lesser Offense.

Congratulations To The Phillies!!!! The Phillies fought hard to make the Playoffs and then stepped up and Won the National League. While We All want more....The Phillies gave more than We could expect this Season. Thank you for giving Us Fun Baseball to watch into the Fall.

DRONES vs. PRIVACY
Now that Social Distancing is the New "Norm", Drones will be used everywhere to gather Information and collect Data.
But... What Can You do if a Drone is Flying over Your Private Property Taking Photos or Videos? Instinctively, Some may want to knock the Flying Invader out of the sky as an "outrageous Invasion of Privacy". STOP!
Be Careful....While this little Flying Invader may be hovering in your "Personal Space" and aggravating the Observers, be advised that any Destruction of the Unit may be considered a Felony, as a Drone could be considered an "Aircraft" under Federal Law and any destruction could rise to a Federal Offense.
BEST to remain CALM, and Document the Invader by Photograph or Video, using the Zoom Function on your Camera, then Contact the Authorities for Resolution. Stay Safe.
