"Can we get a recorded statement?"
Before answering, find out which insurance company is asking and why.
Your insurance policy may require you to cooperate with your carrier. A different situation exists when the other driver's insurance company asks you to provide a recorded account of the crash and your injuries.
Don't guess about details you don't remember. Don't speculate. And don't minimize symptoms just because you're hoping they'll go away.
If you're unsure how to respond to an insurance request after a crash in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, get answers before you give a statement.
