It was an absolute honor to represent the team at Amagansett Press on the outrageous and unlawful arrest conducted by the Bay County Sheriffs Office. The law could not be clearer See Gray v. Kohl, 568 F. Supp.2d 1378 (2008)(holding the State of Florida and its Officers are permanently enjoined from enforcing the pertinent provisions of Florida Statute 810.0975). Watch the video and support these folks. They are the real heroes standing up for all of our constitutional rights. I am glad the Assistant State Attorney at the first court date, after reading the case I provided them, did not file formal charges, and dismissed the case right away.
