Meet Our Member Spotlight: Chris Shulman

An attorney for more than 30 years, Chris Shulman has focused his practice on service as a neutral since 2002, helping parties resolve disputes as a mediator, arbitrator, special magistrate, and in related roles.

Chris is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA) and serves as the immediate past Regional Chair for the NAA's Southeast Region. He is also a panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), the Labor Relations Connection (LRC), New Era ADR, Florida and federal courts, and the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mediation (Department of Labor and Industry), among other neutral rosters.

Beyond his caseload, Chris provides mediator certification training, continuing education, and court-appointed arbitrator training. For more than 20 years, he has served as an Adjunct Law Professor at his alma mater, Stetson University College of Law.

We are grateful for Chris' decades of service as a neutral, his commitment to training the next generation of practitioners, and the depth of experience he brings to our section and the broader ADR community.
