ATTENTION PARENTS OF SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS AT WILL ROGERS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in McAlester, Oklahoma. You may not be aware of the following situation.

Tragically, on April 29, 2026 a criminal Information was filed against a McAlester school teacher for Assault and Battery on School Student, a misdemeanor. This is a criminal charge, not a conviction.

The alleged victim is a 10-year-old special needs student. There are possibly more special needs student victims. If you have a student in special education class or with special needs at Will Rogers Elementary School in McAlester, please be aware that your child may also be a victim of assault and battery and you may have a right to pursue civil relief on behalf of your child. We are proud to represent this brave young girl who dared to speak out and expose the hazing incident with the Kingston girls basketball team. Even though it is against the law, hazing is still happening in Oklahoma schools.

After five days of jury trial, we commend our client and trial team on achieving a $2,765,000 jury verdict in Washington County District Court, a testament to our well-deserving client. Ms. Greer suffered an open compound fracture of her leg just above her ankle when she fell from an elevated stage platform at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The jurors and trial judge are greatly appreciated for their time and attention.
