Adams graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1995 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Jennifer attended The Ohio State University College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 1999. Jennifer came to Atlanta where she started her legal career as a staff attorney for the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office. Over the past 20+ years, Jennifer has been a zealous

advocate on behalf of every client and an active participant in the legal community. She has attended premier training programs such as the National Criminal Defense College, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Fall and Winter Programs, The Institute of Continuing Legal Education Family Law Seminar in Savannah, and the Georgia Family Law Institute at Jekyll Island. She is and has been a member of several local bar associations, including the DeKalb, Gwinnett and Cobb County Bar Associations Criminal and Family Law sections. She has been named one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2015 and 2016 and earned awards and scholarships from legal associations including Avvo, the State Bar of Georgia Criminal Defense Section and the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section.
