Meet Cathy Hampton. A partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP in the Entertainment and Sports and Corporate practice groups, she offers deep expertise in high-value mergers and acquisitions, finance, intellectual property, and complex disputes, informed by her background as a public and private sector chief legal officer. Cathy has represented elite professional and collegiate athletes, led major transactions across industries, secured more than $100 million in brand partnerships with globally recognized companies, and played a key role in landmark public projects in Atlanta. She also volunteers with the State Bar of Georgia’s Fee Arbitration Program, helping resolve fee-related contract disputes.
