Big news at Richter Head — Hastings Johnston and Rahul Sheth are now equity partners!

They join David White and Bert Slotkin as we continue to grow the firm and strengthen our workers’ compensation defense practice. Over the past four years, Hastings and Rahul have played a key role in building the practice into what it is today. We’re excited to welcome them to the leadership team alongside David and Bert, whose steady guidance has led the firm for many years.

Join us in congratulating our newest Associate Attorney, for passing the Georgia Bar Exam and joining the firm as an Associate.

Mallorie graduated magna cm laude from The University of Georgia with a B.A. in political science; minor in English; minor in law, jurisprudence, and the State; and certificate in legal studies. Mallorie then earned her J.D. at Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law, where she received the Larry & Beth Dessem Scholarship for merit and was named a Georgia Scholar. Mallorie clerked for the firm while in law school and following graduation while studying for the Bar.

We are excited to have her on board as an associate! She was sworn in on 9/30/2025 by Superior Court Judge Mary Beth Priest of the Appalachian Circuit Courts (pictured below).

Richter Head welcomes Andrea Mitchell home!

Andrea worked as an Associate Attorney with us right out of law school. She spent 14 years on the bench as an ALJ, and we are delighted she chose to return to us May 1st as a Partner in the firm. She and Bert Slotkin were “baby lawyers” together, and the world feels better aligned now that we’re all together again.

Partners Kevin Gaulke, Rahul Sheth and David White joined other supporters of Scouting today at the Friends of Scouting Legal Patron Breakfast. Support collected at the breakfast helps the Atlanta Area Council provide quality character development programs and leadership training for youths throughout our community. Richter, Head served proudly as a Table Host. We heard a great keynote address from Shyam Reddy, President and CEO of BlueLinx along with an inspiring presentation from a recent Eagle Scout. It was a great day for Scouting!
