Most people hire a personal injury lawyer without knowing what to ask. That's not their fault, it's just not information that's easy to find.

The questions you ask before signing with an attorney will give a sense of your overall experience: how your case is handled, how often you hear from your lawyer, and ultimately, what you recover.

A few things worth knowing before you decide: How many cases does this attorney carry at once? Who is actually leading your case day to day? Is this firm willing to take your case to trial if the insurance company won't play fair?

TBIs don't always show up on scans. Chronic headaches and migraines can't be photographed. But they're real, and they change lives forever.

We recently secured a $7.6 million verdict for a young woman with chronic post-traumatic migraines. The defense tried to dismiss her pain. We proved them wrong.

Have you wondered whether someone would be able to access your mental health records in a personal injury claim?

Colorado law strongly protects mental health treatment records in personal injury cases, requiring plaintiffs to assert particularized psychological claims beyond generic emotional distress before any waiver occurs that allows mental health treatment records to be used in discovery.
