The Boulder DA is committing a grave and unconstitutional injustice by insisting on putting an innocent man and his family through the hell of a second trial, 30 years after the actual events, based on the same information that 30 years ago they knew didn't prove anything. Sadly, no matter how much we wish it were different, no matter how clearly we guide them to the right path, this is what we have come to expect from prosecutors. So we go to war. This is what we do. Time to saddle up.
