Who 49?!! Happy birthday to me and my sweet twin Kimmy in heaven! Today is the best I’ve ever felt emotionally leading up to a birthday and I thank God for that! I know that peace is my reality and my solid destiny! I choose my success now and treasure so many daily moments of joy! It all begins with intake, where we gather your documents and review the police report to get a full picture of what happened. From there, your focus goes entirely to treatment while we stay in contact and monitor your progress.

Once treatment wraps up, we shift into record collection, pulling together your medical records, bills, and any other documentation that supports your case.

Next comes the demand, where we put together a detailed package for the insurance company outlining what you are owed.

Beyond that, we move into negotiation, and this is where your voice matters most. Nothing gets accepted without your input and approval. If a fair agreement cannot be reached, we are fully prepared to take your case to court.
