Kayla Magee is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on family law matters throughout Georgia. She represents clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, paternity, contempt, temporary protective order, and modification actions. She has experience handling both contested and uncontested matters and regularly advocates for clients in temporary, final, contempt, and TPO hearings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Magee practiced family law with respected firms in the Atlanta area, where she gained extensive experience guiding clients through complex domestic litigation and negotiated resolutions. She also brings experience in criminal defense, legal research, motion practice, discovery, and drafting family law pleadings and agreements.
Ms. Magee earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cm laude, from Kennesaw State University. She also holds advanced legal research certifications through Lexis+ and Westlaw Edge.
Dedicated to helping families navigate difficult transitions, Ms. Magee combines compassionate client service with strategic advocacy to pursue practical and effective solutions. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with friends, trying new restaurants around Atlanta, and hiking at Stone Mountain. She has also volunteered with the Greensboro Christmas Stocking Fund, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, and MUST Ministries.
