Walker & Associates Acquires Adjacent Main Street Property, Expanding Its Downtown College Park Headquarters Campus
Strategic acquisition creates additional capacity for the continued growth of Walker & Associates and StillWater Partners on Broadway
COLLEGE PARK, Ga. — Walker & Associates today announced the acquisition of an additional property on Main Street in downtown College Park, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s continued growth and long-term investment in the Atlanta region.
Located directly adjacent to a building already owned by the firm, the newly acquired property will become part of an expanded headquarters campus for Walker & Associates and StillWater Partners on Broadway.
The acquisition strengthens the organizations’ presence in one of metro Atlanta’s most active business corridors while creating the infrastructure needed to support the continued growth of their legal, business advisory, entertainment investment, and production operations.
Founded by nationally recognized attorney James L.
