We began this journey in 2024 when we filed a medical malpractice wrongful death case for Charles Clark and his children over the death of beloved wife and mother April Clark. April went in for what was supposed to be an outpatient surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. The doctors nicked her bowel during surgery and then ignored her symptoms that she was going into septic shock. She spent 31 days in the ICU before she passed, and Charles never left her side. Never. It has been our privilege to represent this beautiful family and to help them seek the justice April so rightly deserved.
