The past 7 days have been "Presentation Central" over here! Also featured a "double header" week of presentations with OneTeam Financial.

Last week I enjoyed presenting a recent CLE program, “Don’t Leave Money on the Table – Maximizing Social Security Benefits and Minimizing Taxes for Retirement.”

We explored key strategies attorneys can use to help clients make informed claiming decisions, coordinate benefits with overall retirement plans, and identify planning opportunities that reduce unnecessary tax exposure. With the right guidance, these decisions can significantly impact long-term financial security.

Honored to present alongside my colleague, Peter S. Cobb, Esq., at a Continuing Legal Education program, “All About Medicare,” for members of the New Jersey legal community.

Our session focused on the practical intersection of Medicare, estate planning, and elder law—covering eligibility pathways, coordination with SSDI and retirement benefits, coverage for rehabilitation and long-term care, Palliative Care, Hospice Care (yes! they are different!) and how Medicare planning impacts planning strategies.
