Redding & Associates is dedicated to providing personalized estate planning and asset protection for individuals and families. The firm also handles probate matters and primarily focuses on helping clients safeguard what matters most, including personal well-being, family relationships, and long-term financial security. Services are tailored to each client’s unique needs, emphasizing trust, clarity, and accessibility. Team members collaborate closely with clients to develop practical, well-structured legal strategies that support stability and peace of mind.

Role Description

The Associate Attorney will work on-site in Southlake, TX in a full-time capacity, supporting the firm’s mission of protecting clients, their families, and their wealth. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in client meetings, monitoring legal assistants, conducting consultations, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents and probate pleadings, preparing business documents for both new and established companies, and assisting other team members as needed to accomplish the firm's goals and provide high quality service to clients. The Associate Attorney will also assist with overall case management and ensure probate deadlines and internal compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas.
Ability to work on-site in Southlake, TX.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong drafting, organization, and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Compassionate and positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in an estate planning law firm or relevant internships is preferred, but not required.
