After this peer nomination, D Magazine editors and an anonymous panel of the city’s most respected attorneys conducts a thorough review of each attorney who received the highest number of votes. Then these small number of attorneys out of 730 total DFW Attorneys are featured in D Magazine each May.

I saw a Trust today done by a nearby attorney. It didn’t have the language that a Trust needs in Texas to do important things. There is a reason why some attorneys are cheap. The problem is clients don’t know how bad things are till it’s too late. These people have a world of pain on their hands.
