🌎✈️ Thinking about leaving the United States?

Today at 12 PM ET for Legal Q***r & A, I’m joined by a panel of LGBTQ+ individuals who have already made the move abroad. We’ll discuss why they left, where they went, what surprised them, what they wish they had known, and what life actually looks like on the other side.

Whether you’re seriously considering relocation, exploring dual citizenship, or simply curious about the realities of starting over in another country, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

See you at 12pm EST 🌈💙

SCOTUS can revisit a right, but they cannot stop the LGBTQ+ community from preparing for what comes next.

A coordinated network of anti-LGBTQ+ organizations is actively working to dismantle marriage equality by reframing LGBTQ+ families as a threat to children.

If Obergefell falls, many states could stop issuing new same-sex marriage licenses overnight, creating chaos around parenting, healthcare, inheritance, and decision-making rights.

That is why the 9 essential LGBTQ+ legal documents and a properly structured estate plan matter now more than ever.

Join me live on June 2 at 12:00 PM EST for our next FREE LEGAL Q***R & A. Link in bio.

They’re organized, coordinated and very well-funded funded.

47 of the most powerful anti-LGBTQ+ organizations, bankrolled by Hobby Lobby, just formed an alliance called “Greater Than.” Their stated target: overturning Obergefell and the Respect for Marriage Act.

Here’s what they’re betting you won’t do: protect yourself privately. If they overturn Obergefell, they still can’t touch what you’ve locked down through defensive estate planning. Your partner. Your chosen family. Your legacy.

Built right, it holds even if marriage equality does not.

👉 Save this and send it to someone who needs to see it.

Today’s Legal Q***r & A tackled the Colorado case headed to SCOTUS that could decide whether organizations receiving taxpayer dollars can exclude LGBTQ+ families and children under the banner of “religious freedom.”

This case is bigger than Colorado. It could redefine the balance between LGBTQ+ rights and religious exemptions nationwide in every aspect of daily life - from marriage equality, adoptions, hospital visitation etc.

Thank you so much to Philly Black Pride and Bebashi for creating such a vital space for us to empower one another.

It was an absolute honor to share the stage with Representative Malcolm Kenyatta and Tito Valdes Philadelphia’s Executive Director of LGBTQ Affairs, moderated by the incredible Nia Desiré Clark of HRC.

We discussed the rising tide of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation across the country. From housing instability to the over-policing of our community and the intersectional impacts of racism, these policies are designed to make our lives untenable. We discussed how even “victories” like Bostock are being challenged in places like Texas and Tennessee.

In a climate where our rights are being debated in statehouses, taking control of your own legal status is a radical act of self-love and community protection.

And that’s why I founded Giampolo Law Group.

We specialize in LGBTQ+ Estate Planning. We don’t just write Wills; we build legal fortresses around your life, your partner, and your chosen family. Whether it’s power of attorney, healthcare proxies, or asset protection, we ensure that you, not a biased court or an estranged relative, decide your future.

Let’s move forward together. Stronger, protected, and unafraid.

There is a specific kind of freedom that comes with looking at your ID and seeing your name.

A name that reflects who ALL of who you are. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

During the Philly Service Day for the Caravan of Hope, we had the privilege of helping this incredible human navigate the legal name change and gender marker process.

The “legal” side of transition can be daunting mountain of paperwork and anxiety. But as he says, when you do it with your community it becomes a “very chill, very easy, and very comfortable” process.

We are so proud to provide these legal resources and social support to help our family feel seen, safe, and celebrated.

The stories coming out of this tour are powerful, emotional, and vital. We’re documenting the journey, the legal wins, and the beautiful people we meet along the way.

After 31 days and 17 cities, the Caravan of Hope has officially completed its cross-country mission, rolling back into the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection!

And coming home to Philadelphia felt nothing short of magical.

Our mission of “rolling resistance” was simple: bring free legal services directly to our LGBTQ+ family in underserved and rural areas. From name changes and gender marker updates to essential estate planning like Wills and POA’s, we’ve traveled thousands of miles to ensure that justice and legal protection aren’t dictated by your zip code.

Our final homecoming service day at Giampolo Law Group’s office was a beautiful conclusion to this journey. Seeing the community come together - from those seeking legal aid to those simply there to celebrate the mission - it reminds me why we hit the road in the first place.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to Bridget Foy and the team at Bridget Foy’s for hosting such an incredible homecoming party! Your hospitality and constant support for the LGBTQ+ community is a reminder that safe, affirming spaces still matter deeply, and that the people who create them make a lasting difference.

To everyone who joined us, supported us from afar, or met us at a stop along the way: We could not do this without all of you.

The RV might be parked for now but the resistance continues!
