Since last September, a memo called NSPM-7 has quietly named immigration, race, and gender as motivations behind "political violence."

Who we are, and what we believe, got written into a national-security document.

Then came the enforcement memos, the task force, and the money to fund it.

This is not a headline - it’s a strategy. And, it was built piece by piece, out in the open, while everyone was told to look at something else.

The question is no longer whether this is happening. It is how far they will go.

So keep watching, keep naming it, and don’t look away.

Yesterday the Supreme Court quietly rewrote the Equal Protection clause. The ruling in Little v. Hecox decision and West Virginia v. B.P.J. decision was 6–3.

This isn’t just about transgender athletes. It’s about the legal standard courts will use the next time they decide whether LGBTQ+ people deserve equal treatment under the law.

For decades, courts recognized that a law could appear neutral while still unfairly targeting a specific group. That protection has now been significantly narrowed.

Yesterday’s decision affects sports. Tomorrow, the same reasoning can be applied anywhere LGBTQ+ rights depend on equal protection - marriage, adoption, parental rights, survivor benefits, healthcare, and beyond.

SCOTUS drops Little v. Hecox this week - the most important LGBTQ+ rights case in this generation.

It’s about whether trans kids can play on teams that align with their gender identity. But this isn’t just about WHAT the Supreme Court decides, it’s about HOW it comes to its decision.

For the first time ever, the SCOTUS is being asked what level of “constitutional scrutiny” applies to laws targeting trans folks.

That answer sets the legal standard for every future LGBTQ+ case - from marriage equality, gender-affirming care, bathroom bills, employment and adoption. All of it.
