Has anyone told you that you missed your window on something you think you’re too old to do, i.e.: starting a business? I call BS! It's never too late.

Just like it’s never too late to jump into real estate.

If that’s you, here’s what I wish someone told (younger) me when I was starting out.

Maybe it’ll help you navigate things better than I did at first!

1️⃣ Serve your clients really well. Do NOT overpromise and underdeliver! It’s better to be very mindful of what you have the capacity for and deliver exactly that.

I’d rather have someone meet the mark every time than be all over when it comes to deadlines and deliverables.

2️⃣ Find the niche you love. There are different kinds of real estate professionals. It’ll help you narrow in your focus and get really good at something so you can eventually underpromise and overdeliver.

3️⃣ Make relationships with other agents and people that have complementary roles. Building up your referral network will be so helpful!

At the end of the day, it isn’t too late to jump into *anything* as long as it makes you happy.
