Alyson Lembeck, Family Law Attorney

She began her law career practicing primarily family law in 2002 and has focused exclusively on family law matters for the last approximately 20 years. Alyson handles family law cases focused in the Metropolitan Atlanta Area (Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, and DeKalb County), and also in other areas of Georgia including Forsyth, Fayette, and Cherokee County. Alyson specializes in all areas of family law

including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modification, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity actions, separation agreements, family violence actions, drafting agreements between intended parents and surrogates, adoptions, mediation and arbitration. Alyson also serves as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in custody matters. Alyson is a Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution in the areas of Family Law and Domestic Violence and serves as a mediator to help resolve family law cases. Alyson is a certified in Collaborative Law and
is an active member at Congregation Ariel. Alyson has been a frequent speaker at family law seminars and has authored numerous articles on family law topics. Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, and has been named a ”Super Lawyer” from 2010 until the present.
