Sadow & Froy - Workers’ Compensation Lawyers

Sadow & Froy - Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Outstanding track record representing individuals in Georgia who have suffered serious or catastrophic work-related injuries.

Sadow & Froy have settled Georgia workers’ compensation cases totaling more than $210,000,00 including 12 settlements that exceeded $1,000,000. When you suffer a work-related injury, it is critical that you report a claim to your employer as soon as possible. Your employer must offer medical treatment to you and you are not responsible for the costs of your medical care as long as you are treated

by an "authorized" physician. If you cannot return to work right away, your employer's workers' compensation insurance carrier will also pay you a weekly income benefit based upon your average weekly wage at the time of your injury. Filing claims and collecting timely workers' compensation benefits for work-related injuries can be a complex and frustrating experience. At the office of Sadow & Froy we have been providing trusted legal representation for seriously injured workers in the Atlanta area and throughout the State of Georgia since 1981. We have the experience you need to collect the benefits you deserve!

Today, we're celebrating three attorneys who bring compassion, determination, and relentless advocacy to every case they handle.

For Holly, the most rewarding part of the job is helping injured workers navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives with guidance, support, and someone in their corner.

For Susan, representing seriously injured workers is more than a profession. It's a calling. Every case represents a person, a family, and a future worth fighting for.

For Heather, the courtroom is where she gets to make a real difference, standing up for injured workers, fighting for fairness, and helping clients move forward after life changes in an instant.

We're proud to have attorneys who never lose sight of what matters most: the people they serve.

Join us in celebrating Holly, Susan, and Heather, and all the lawyers who use their knowledge and passion to make a meaningful difference every day.

Today, we join so many around the world in remembering the incomparable Dolly Parton. 🤍
Her talent made her an icon, but her kindness, generosity, determination and heart made her something even greater.
Dolly showed us what it looks like to work hard, stay true to who you are and use your success to lift others along the way.
A true original whose impact will be felt for generations.
We will always love you, Dolly. 🤍

When Carrie was injured after slipping on a wet floor at work, she knew something was seriously wrong. She was experiencing excruciating low back pain that radiated into her legs, but her concerns were initially dismissed, and she was sent to physical therapy without diagnostic testing.

After Carrie became our client, we advocated for a change in physician. Her new doctor ordered an MRI, which revealed multiple disc herniations and ultimately led to the surgery she needed.

Carrie’s recovery has been a slow process, but her story is an important reminder: You deserve to have your pain taken seriously.

At Sadow & Froy, one of our priorities is helping injured workers access physicians who will listen, investigate and advocate for the care they need. Sometimes, getting the right doctor can change the entire course of a workers’ compensation claim.
