Stuck at - what prompt do I use? That’s the question I heard the most when speaking recently on AI at the GTLA Annual Convention.

So I’m hosting a practical webinar for plaintiff’s lawyers on how I’m actually using AI in my law practice—not hypotheticals, and not tech jargon.

We’ll get into prompts and workflows you can put to use immediately, including:

→ Case work — analyzing records, preparing depositions, developing case strategy & more
→ HR & staff management — feedback, training, evaluations & difficult conversations
→ Social media — turning ideas and cases into better content
→ Efficiency — emails, organization & the everyday work that eats up your time

I’ve spoken about AI at the GTLA Convention and wrote “The Plaintiff’s Lawyer’s New Edge: Using AI Without Losing the Human Judgment That Wins Cases” for the Verdict Magazine.

This webinar takes the next step: the actual prompts and practical applications.

Because the goal isn’t to outsource your judgment to AI.

It’s to spend less time on the work a machine can accelerate—and more time doing the work that requires a lawyer.

What does confidence actually look like? 🩷

Ten years ago, I probably would have said confidence was walking into a room and feeling completely sure of yourself. Knowing exactly what to say, making the right decision, and never letting anyone see you second guess yourself.

I don’t think that anymore.

The older I get, the more I realize confidence isn’t certainty. It’s trusting yourself enough to move forward even when certainty isn’t available.

It’s making the decision knowing you might have to adjust. Having the uncomfortable conversation instead of avoiding it. Saying no without writing a paragraph explaining why. Admitting when you got something wrong without letting it make you question everything you’ve gotten right.

And maybe most importantly, it’s realizing that someone disagreeing with you doesn’t automatically mean you made the wrong decision.

Building a business has given me plenty of reasons to question myself. But it’s also taught me that I don’t need to have every answer to trust the woman I’ve become.

That’s what confidence looks like to me now. 🎀

This is bigger than a baseball story.

During the 8th inning of game 3 of the wildcard playoff, Atlanta Braves pitcher Chris Sale trotted out of the bullpen. The crowd gasped. No one expected that.

This was something rarely seen in baseball. And if you don’t follow baseball, you need to understand why.

Chris Sale is Atlanta’s starting pitcher-their ace. Starting pitchers only pitch every few days. Their preparations, routines, and recovery are built around the starts.

Closing pitchers have entirely different jobs. They are specialists brought in for the final few outs, when the pressure is the highest, and the game is on the line.

And the Braves already have a fantastic closer.

2 days ago, Chris Sale threw 95 pitches over 6 1/2 innings, with 9 strikeouts.

So with the 3rd game of the series & the Braves’ season on the line, who did they turn to? Chris Sale.

This has happened almost never before in modern day MLB. But the best part of the story is that Chris Sale has done it before.

Leadership is about stepping up and using your talents when you’re needed most. And having the humility to step back and let others do the work if their name is called that day.

Sometimes you’re the starter.

Sometimes you’re the closer.

And sometimes the moments that define you are the ones when you weren’t supposed to be on the mound at all.

When the stakes are highest, be the person your team trusts enough to hand the ball.

Go Braves!

What would you do differently if you stopped worrying about everyone agreeing with you? 🎀

One of the biggest things I’ve had to learn as a business owner is that not every decision needs a committee.

I value advice. I listen to the people around me. But at the end of the day, I’m the one responsible for the decisions I make and the direction of my firm.

There’s a certain confidence that comes when you stop looking around the room for permission and start trusting yourself. 🩷

Building a business has taught me just as much about what I needed to unlearn as what I needed to learn. 🩷

I used to think working harder was always the answer. I thought being a good boss meant keeping everyone happy. And I definitely spent too much time looking for validation before making decisions I was fully capable of making myself.

Over time, I’ve learned to trust my judgment, lead even when it’s uncomfortable, and focus less on doing more and more on doing what actually moves the business forward.

Still learning. Still unlearning. Still building. 🎀

Nobody warned me that becoming a CEO would require just as much unlearning as learning. 🎀

A few things I’ve had to let go of along the way:

🩷 Thinking working harder myself would solve everything. At some point, doing more isn’t leadership. Learning to delegate, trust your team, and let other people own their roles is.

🌸 Thinking being a good boss meant keeping everyone happy. Sometimes leadership means making the decision that’s best for the business, even when it isn’t the decision everyone wants.

💗 Thinking I needed everyone to understand my decisions. I’ve learned to listen, explain when necessary, and still trust myself enough to make the call.

I’m still learning. Still unlearning. Still growing into the leader I want to be. 💕✨

Yesterday’s Georgia federal jury $164 million verdict against Super 8 hotels sends a powerful message: survivors of sexual assault and trafficking deserve to be heard, believed, and taken seriously.

At Schneider Injury Law, representing survivors is an important part of our work. We understand that coming forward can feel overwhelming—especially when the abuse happened at a hotel, apartment complex, workplace, rideshare, or another business that may have ignored warning signs or failed to protect you.

You do not have to navigate that process alone.

And coming forward does not necessarily mean giving up your privacy. In appropriate cases, survivors may be able to pursue civil claims anonymously, including by filing under a pseudonym such as “Jane Doe,” subject to court approval and applicable law.

If you were sexually assaulted or trafficked and believe a hotel, business, property owner, or other company failed to protect you, we want you to know: your story matters, and there may be a path to accountability.

Schneider Injury Law welcomes referrals and co-counsel opportunities involving survivors of sexual assault and trafficking.

Schneider Injury Law represents survivors with discretion, compassion, and the determination to hold responsible parties accountable.
