*لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے کورٹ میرج کرنے والوں کے حق میں بڑا فیصلہ سنادیا،*
*اب کورٹ میرج کرنے والا جوڑا بیان زیر دفعہ 164 کسی بھی عدالت میں دے سکتے ھیں- اس بارے میں ہائیکورٹ نے باقاعدہ احکامات جاری کرتے ھوۓ تمام مجسٹریٹ کو مراسلہ بھی جاری کردیا ہے- جب لڑکا لڑکی پسسند کی شادی کرتے ہیں تووالدین لڑکے پر ایف ای آر درج کروادیتے ہیں جس کے بعد لڑکی کا 164 کا بیان مقامی مجسٹریٹ کے پاس ریکارڈ کروانا لازمی ہوتا تھا- تا ہم اب ہائیکورٹ نے قرار دیا ہے کہ لازمی نہیں کے بیان صرف مقامی مجسٹریٹ کے پاس ریکارڈ کروایا جائے بلکہ کسی بھی شہر کے مجسٹریٹ کے روبرو بیان ریکارڈ کروانے جا سکتے ہیں -

وکیل کو بحث کرنے کے لئے پورا وقت دینا اور تفصیل سے سننا عدالت کا فرض ہے.

پولیس والے نے رات کے پچھلے پہر سڑک پر جاتے دو مردوں اور ایک خاتون کو روکا۔ چیک کرنے پر کچھ بھی برآمد نہ ہوا۔ اس کے باوجود وہ انہیں تھانے لے گیا۔ وہاں بٹھائے رکھا۔
متاثرہ مردوخواتین نے پولیس کے اعلیٰ افسران کو تحریری درخواست دی۔ ڈیپارٹمنٹل انکوائری میں پولیس والا قصور وار ثابت ہوا۔ بغیر کسی وجہ کے مردوخاتون کو روکا اور تھانے میں بٹھائے رکھا۔ انکوائری کے بعد نوکری سے نکال دیا گیا۔ پولیس والے نے سروس ٹریبونل میں اپیل دائر کی۔ سروس ٹریبونل نے بھی سزا برقرار رکھی۔ پولیس والے نے سپریم کورٹ کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹایا۔ سپریم کورٹ نے بھی نوکری سے نکالنے کی سزا کو درست تسلیم کیا اور بحال نہیں کیا۔

Procedure for Applying Succession certificate or letter of administration is as following Steps.

Step: 1
Application Initiation: The applicant will provide his/her National Identity number, deceased persons death certificate and National Identity number.

Step: 2
Legal Heirs and Assets Details: The applicant will provide the relevant details of legal heirs , and information pertaining to the moveable and immovable assets of the deceased.

Step: 3
Verification and Consent of Legal Heirs: All legal heirs mentioned by the applicant will visit NADRA’s Registration Center for Biometric Verification and details provided by applicant will be verified.

Step: 4
Advertisement in Newspaper: NADRA will publish the notice for public at large for seeking any objections on the particular applications.

Step: 5
Printing and Delivery of Certificate: If there is no objection from any individual or entity after 14 days of publication of the notice, the succession Certificate/letter of administration will be printed and given to the applicant.

Initial Processing Fees:
If value of the asset/property is more than Rs. 100,000/- than fee payable is Rs. 20,000/-
If value of the asset/property is less than Rs. 100,000/- than fee payable is Rs. 10,000/-
Duplicate Certificate Fees:

Application fee for Duplicate certificate is Rs. 5000/-
