𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐂 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐑𝐎 𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐧. 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐨.

Ang unang magandang maintidihan dito ay ang 𝐓𝐑𝐎 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐝, which is an interim relief. Meaning, isang "relief" na hinihingi ng party to a case 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗽𝗮 𝗻𝗮-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲.

In other words, hindi porket denied ang TRO ay ibig sabihin na "legal" na talaga ang ICC Warrant without undergoing a local judicial process-- 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗼 𝗻𝗮 𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲.

In simple terms, as to the TRO issue, "panalo" yung mga anti Sen. Bato.

On OSG's COMMENT to Sen. Bato's TRO Motion.

My humble and respectful position is that Sen. Bato is not a "fugitive from justice" due to the following reasons:

1. Wala pong warrant, may it be a local or international warrant, na pinakita kay Sen. Bato or to the public until 11 May 2026.

2. Assuming meron ng international warrant at present since nag "unseal" na ang ICC sa secret warrant nila noong 11 May 2026.

Nevertheless, Sen. Bato cannot still be considered as a "fugitive from justice," since wala pa rin pong international and/or secret warrant of arrest na dumaan sa Constitutional requirements as provided in Sections 1 and 2, Article 3 of the 1987 Constitution.
