Meet our new AI assistant 🤖
ASK ATTY POL — LABOR LAW MADE EASY® (CUSTOM GPT)
Welcome to the official page of Labor Law Made Easy®.
For many years, this Page has been my platform for sharing lectures, reminders, and practical guidance on Philippine labor law. But now, I have formally repurposed and upgraded this Page as the official public hub for my new educational labor law AI assistant:
Ask Atty PoL — Labor Law Made Easy® (Custom GPT).
This is a custom educational AI tool developed on the OpenAI (ChatGPT) platform, created and customized by me, Atty. Pol Sangalang, based on my own human intellectual strategy, Philippine labor law expertise, professional experience, brand identity, and instructional framework. All rights reserved.
“Labor Law Made Easy®” is a registered service mark of Sangalang & Gaerlan, Business Lawyers.

⸻
WHAT THIS TOOL IS NOT
To avoid misunderstanding and to comply with professional and ethical standards, please note the following:
1. It is not legal advice.
All outputs are for general education and information only. They are not legal opinions, and they do not constitute legal advice for any specific case, dispute, or situation.
2. It does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
Using this GPT, reading its responses, or interacting with it does not create any lawyer–client relationship with me, with Sangalang & Gaerlan, Business Lawyers, or with any member of our team.
3. It may commit mistakes or be incomplete.
Although I have carefully designed and trained its instructions, this AI tool can still misinterpret the law, miss new developments, or produce incomplete or outdated information. It is a work-in-progress and will continue to be refined over time.
4. It must always be verified.
You must verify and validate any output against:
• the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended;
• DOLE department orders, advisories, and issuances;
• Supreme Court decisions and relevant jurisprudence; and
• other applicable rules and regulations.
For actual cases, it is always prudent to consult a human lawyer.
5. It is not a substitute for legal counsel.
For any case-specific, urgent, or high-stakes matter, you should consult your own lawyer or legal department. If you wish, you may also consult our law firm separately, subject to our standard engagement and fee arrangements.
⸻
DATA PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY REMINDERS
