VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:

Vidhi Legal Concern, leading law firm in Nepal specializing in corporate commercial law and committed to providing clear, practical, and business oriented legal solutions, is seeking a qualified and motivated Associates (2-two) to join our team.

Position: Associate (Corporate Law)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law
License Requirement: Must be licensed by the Nepal Bar Council

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Assist in legal advisory and documentation services on matters related to company law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, FDI, and contract law.
•⁠ ⁠Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, legal opinions, and compliance documents.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with due diligence, regulatory filings, and client consultations.
•⁠ ⁠Support in litigation-related matters, including legal research, case preparation, and court filings.
•⁠ ⁠Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to corporate transactions.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Law (B.A. LL.B or equivalent)
•⁠ ⁠Licensed advocate registered with the Nepal Bar Council
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field of corporate law
•⁠ ⁠Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
