भ्रष्टचारी, बलात्कारी, घुसखोर, अपराधी, माफिया, गुन्डागर्दी आदीमा संलग्न नेपालबाट जति सक्दो त्यति छिटो भाग्दा मात्र पो बच्नेहुन जस्तो लाग्छ । २, ४ दिन सडकमा उफ्रेर, कराएर केही हुन्छजस्तो लाग्दैन । त्यै पनि रमिता हेर्दै जाऔँ ।

Amid the decision by the newly formed government to prosecute former PM KP Oli and former HM Lekhak, voices are being raised from both supporters and critics.

On one side, leaders and cadres of CPN-UML have strongly challenged and condemned the move. On the other, a group of intellectuals—including advocates, civil society members, and university professors—have expressed concern, calling the decision rushed and potentially biased.

This situation leads me to ask: is this decision truly hasty and biased? Will the government suffer because of it? Only time will tell. In my view, however, this was always inevitable. Sooner or later, those responsible must face the reality of justice—and perhaps that process has just begun. One of the fundamental principles of justice is that justice delayed is justice denied.

The Nepali people have already expressed their voice through the ballot. Yet for a long time, many have felt that justice and accountability were missing.

I hope this marks the beginning of change—that the clouds of corruption and impunity will gradually clear, allowing Nepal to move toward good governance, rule of law, and lasting prosperity.

नवगठित सरकारले पूर्व प्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओली र पूर्व गृहमन्त्री लेखकलाई अभियोजन गर्ने निर्णय गरेपछि समर्थक र आलोचक दुवै पक्षबाट आवाज उठिरहेका छन्।
एकातर्फ, नेकपा एमालेका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ताहरूले यस कदमको कडा विरोध र आलोचना गरेका छन्। अर्कोतर्फ, वकिल, नागरिक समाजका सदस्यहरू तथा विश्वविद्यालयका प्राध्यापकहरू सम्मिलित एक समूहले यस निर्णयलाई हतारो र सम्भावित रूपमा पक्षपाती भएको भन्दै चिन्ता व्यक्त गरेका छन्।

यस परिस्थितिले मलाई सोच्न बाध्य बनाएको छ—के यो निर्णय साँच्चिकै हतारमा र पक्षपाती ढंगले गरिएको हो? के यस निर्णयका कारण सरकारलाई दुर्गामी प्रभाव पर्नेछ?? यसको उत्तर समयले नै दिनेछ।

तर, मेरो विचारमा यो अवस्था अपेक्षित नै थियो। ढिलो वा चाँडो, दोषीहरूले न्यायको सामना गर्नैपर्छ—र सम्भवतः त्यो प्रक्रिया अहिले सुरु भएको छ। न्यायको एउटा आधारभूत सिद्धान्त हो: ढिलो गरिएको न्याय, न्यायबाट वञ्चित हुनु हो।
नेपाली जनताले आफ्नो आवाज मतमार्फत पहिले नै व्यक्त गरिसकेका छन्। यद्यपि लामो समयदेखि धेरैले न्याय र जवाफदेहिताको अनुभूति गर्न सकेका छैनन्।

आशा गरौं, यो परिवर्तनको सुरुवात हो—भ्रष्टाचार र दण्डहीनताका बादलहरू विस्तारै हटून्, र नेपाल सुशासन, कानूनी शासन र दीगो समृद्धितर्फ अघि बढोस्।

Gagan Thapa of Nepali Congress has spent most of his lives serving his party leaders instead of building real careers outside politics. Now, he is trying to attract young voters, but the fact is that he is still part of the same old political system. He has been brainwashed and trained in the same old corrupt political culture.

Although Gagan Thapa tries to separate himself from his political leaders like Deuba, let’s not forget the Gen-Z movement was against him as well. He is no different than Deuba in many respects. Infact, he has already shown his opportunistic tendencies. He is a failed politician.

Come election, instead of supporting old parties and personally established failed leaders, we must vote for new and fresh candidates who can lead the change.

निर्वाचन हुदैन भनेर केही दिन अघिसम्म पनि नेपाली कांग्रेस, ओलीवादी, प्रचण्डवादीहरुले समाजमा अफवाह फैलाउदै थिए । सुशिला कार्कीले निर्वाचन गराउन लागेको भन्ने परेको छ भने के बुझ्न पर्यो भने आसन्न निर्वाचन नेपाली सेनाले जिम्मा लिएर टुंगो लगाउने हो । यदि निर्वाचन नहुने वा त्यस्तो अवस्था विद्यमान थियो भने भदौ २४ र त्यस पछिको दिन स्मरण छ? हेलिकप्टर, सेनाको शरण, भागाभाग, पार्टी परित्यागको घोषणा, सन्नाटा......

- धरानबाट झोला बोकेर प्र.म. बन्न स्कर्पियोमा ५-७ जना सहित हुईकिएर आएका थिए हर्क ! नेपाली सेना र जेन जेड बैठकमा जान खोज्दा गेटबाट भित्र छिर्न नपाएपछि यिनको ईगो हर्ट भएको थियो र पछि जेन जेडहरुले बालेन र बालेनले शुसिला भनेपछि यिनलाई आगोमा घ्यु हालेझै भयो !

अझै पनि रिसले दिनहु चुर हुन्छन् र बालेन विरोधी स्टाटस लेख्छन !

संसार रुपी सुख स्वर्गभित्र,
रमें रमाएँ लिइ भित्र चित्र ।

सारा भयो त्यो मरुभूमि तुल्य,
रातै परेझैं अब बुझ्छु बल्ल ।

रहेछ संसार निशा समान,
आएन ज्यूँदै रहँदा नि ज्ञान ।

आखीर श्रीकृष्ण रहेछ एक,
न भक्ति भो, ज्ञान, नभो विवेक ।

महामरुमा कणझैं म तातो,
जलेर मर्दो बिनु आश लाटो ।

सुकी रहेको तरुझैं छु खाली,
चिताग्नि तापी जल डाल्न फाली ।

संस्कार आफ्नो सब नै गुमाएँ,
म शून्यमा शून्य सरी बिलाएँ ।
