Last Friday, the DR Team participated in an insightful IKCare Mental Health Workshop on Emotion Regulation, where we explored the different types of emotions and learned how to better recognise, understand, and manage them in our daily lives.

Through interactive discussions and activities in smaller groups, team members reflected on personal experiences, exchanged perspectives, and practised strategies to regulate emotions in a healthy and constructive way.

The small group setting encouraged open conversations, active participation, and meaningful connections, creating a safe space for learning and self-reflection. The session reminded us that building emotional awareness and regulation not only supports our personal well-being but also strengthens our relationships and workplace culture.
