[Learn how you can manage your inheritance !!!]

There are two ways to manage inheritance in Malaysia which is one way for Muslim only, and another way is for Non-Muslim.

Muslim inheritance can be manage through Wasiyyyah(Will), Hibah(Gift)& Faraid(portion had been fixed in the Al-Quran).

Meanwhile, Non-Muslim inheritance can be manage through a will, but if there is no will being made, the inheritance shall be distribute to the heirs pursuant to the manner and order specified in the Distribution Act 1958.
