Taking this principle very seriously, she was recently dubbed as "Miss Justice" for her work in fighting against law changes that would have greatly affected innocent motorists, and her e-petition attracted almost 22,000 signatures and resulted in an Early Day Motion being tabled in Parliament. The petition was not met with a favourable response from the PM and so the Law Society took up the cause in January 2010 and successfully sued the government. Jeanette assisted the Law Society with the fight providing data and case studies to ensure that Justice was eventually done! Aware of the need for social consciousness to feature in the minds of any modern business owner, Jeanette has recently taken up two causes she feels she can assist. She has been charged with the role of fund raiser for the charity, Addiction Today helping those with any type of addiction but particularly with drug and alcohol addictions. She was also recently appointed as an Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
