We recently supported a client who sustained a significant hand injury while working as a teaching assistant in a special educational needs school.

Despite treatment, the pain persisted and became more severe, eventually leading to a diagnosis of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

It is so important to get specialist legal support in complex chronic pain personal injury claims, particularly when long-term medical conditions and mental health are involved. Through careful handling of her claim, Phillip Cohen at Brian Barr Solicitors successfully secured £150,000 in compensation for our client.

When you begin a legal claim, it is often with the expectation that the process will be straightforward and reassuring. In reality, many people find that as their case develops, they begin to reassess whether their current solicitor is the right fit for the complexity of what they are going through.

Whether it is due to communication becoming inconsistent or unclear, concerns that injuries or symptoms are not being fully understood, a sense that the case requires more specialist knowledge, lack of progress or clarity on next steps, or indeed changes within a firm, including closure or restructuring, moving solicitors to Brian Barr is easy and hassle free.

Accidents and collisions – whether at work, on the road, or due to medical negligence – can have a huge impact on your life. And the thought of legal fees can often put people off from pursuing a claim. That’s why we often support clients on a No Win No Fee basis, also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).

Find out more about how we take on the financial risk so that you can focus on your recovery and building your case without worrying about upfront costs:

At Brian Barr Solicitors, we understand how serious these cases can be and the importance of securing the right support and compensation.
