The Community Legal Clinic – Central Alberta offers free legal advice to individuals who are experiencing financial hardship. We are a not for profit organization that is was set up by community volunteers to support members in our communities who need help with their legal problems, but who cannot afford to hire a lawyer. In our free legal clinics, our volunteer lawyers give 30 minutes of free legal advice and provide referrals and information in many different types of law. We will be closed on Wednesday, September 30th to observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We will reopen on Thursday, October 1st at 8:30am.

Let's take the time to reflect and learn about the intergenerational harm caused by residential schools, and honour the lives of the children lost, the survivors, their families, and their communities.

The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation site has information about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Reports and its 94 Calls to Action, along with many other topics: https://nctr.ca/publications-and-reports/reports/
