Thank you for visiting my page! A bit about me and what I do in my career as a lawyer:
I was born and raised in Edmonton. After completing my education, I stayed in Edmonton and articled and worked at Bennett Jones LLP primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions. In 2008 I relocated to Calgary and joined Gowling WLG and worked primarily in the area of commercial real estate. From there I first joined Warren Sinclair LLP when I moved to Red Deer in 2010. In 2017 I left private practice for 3 years and joined Chatters Limited Partnership as their in-house Corporate Counsel where I handled a diverse array of legal, corporate and business matters.
Now back in private practice since 2020 at Warren Sinclair LLP, located in downtown Red Deer, AB, where I continue to practice in corporate and entrepreneurial law; commercial transactions; mergers, acquisitions & corporate re-organizations; commercial & residential real estate; commercial leasing; franchise law; business purchases & sales; banking & corporate finance; and wills, estate planning & trusts.
