Two years. Four conciliations. One successful planning appeal.

Madison Marcus has secured development approval for an industrial site in Old Guildford following a successful NSW Land and Environment Court appeal.

Led by Partner Paul Vergotis, the outcome followed extensive preparation, expert evidence and practical solutions to complex planning challenges.
