What can we say…we love where we live and it shows

So many of our homes are inspired by the coast, layered in shades of blue, turquoise, and warm sandy tones

We LOVE pops of color…not just to make a room feel beautiful, but to create cohesion and a sense of story throughout a home

From the walls and cabinetry to tile, fabric, artwork, and those little personalized details, a thoughtful color palette can bring every element together

A color scheme gives a space its personality and creates a thread that carries from room to room

Love color as much as we do? Let Sweet Bay Design help you create a home with a color palette that feels very you

Our lead designer, Rebekah, was invited to be a guest judge for the students in the interior design program at CFCC!

The amazing folks at Refine Tile had the student come out to their showroom and pull together selections as part of their second year final project

It was a lot of fun to see their ideas and vision for their spaces and they had the most beautiful options to pull from!

A perfect day in the life as a Sweet Bay Designer

We love homes that have connected living spaces and create a natural flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas

There’s something so special about a home where it’s easy to gather, entertain, and simply enjoy being home

A beautiful backsplash has a way of bringing an entire kitchen together

From the timeless herringbone pattern and neutral tones to the wave-like texture of coastal blue tile, every backsplash adds its own layer of character and personality

At Sweet Bay Design we love using tile to introduce color, texture, pattern in a way that feels intentional and connected to the rest of the space

We believe the backsplash is quite often one of those details that makes a kitchen feel truly finished!
