JUST CLOSED | 302 SILKWEED CT

A good opportunity, a strong negotiation, and a quick trip to the closing table.

302 Silkweed was originally listed at $315,000, and last week my buyers closed on it for $240,000 after just 12 days under contract.

I’ve worked with these investors on a number of properties over the years, and I always appreciate the continued trust when it’s time to find the next opportunity.

Another one in the books. Now we’ll see what comes next.

Because apparently real estate knows the exact moment you go on vacation. 😂

The offer on this River Landing homesite came in while I was sitting on the boat waiting to set sail. Realtor Jesse Canady took it from there, handled the back-and-forth while I was gone, and had everything teed up so I came home to a contract ready to send out for signatures.

Pretty good reminder of one of the perks of being with a great brokerage. When you have people you trust around you, you can actually unplug for a few days and know your clients are being taken care of.
