**TEAM GALE'S TOM GALE RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS STATEWIDE COMMUNITY SERVICE HONOR FROM NC REALTORS®**

**WILMINGTON, NC | October 2026**

Team Gale of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is proud to announce that **Tom Gale has been selected as the 2026 recipient of the Ben Ball Community Service Award**, presented by NC REALTORS®, the statewide professional association for real estate professionals in North Carolina.

The Ben Ball Community Service Award is among the association's distinguished annual honors, recognizing a REALTOR® whose continuous and extraordinary contributions to their community demonstrate an exceptional commitment to public service.

**A Recognition That Extends Across North Carolina**

NC REALTORS® represents approximately 54,000 real estate professionals affiliated with 43 local REALTOR® associations throughout the state. Its mission focuses on advancing both the real estate profession and the communities its members serve.

Unlike recognition limited to an individual market or local association, the Ben Ball Community Service Award is a statewide distinction, recognizing extraordinary community involvement among REALTORS® across North Carolina.

For Tom, whose commitment to giving back has been a consistent part of his personal and professional life, the recognition is particularly meaningful.

Throughout his career, Tom has demonstrated a belief that leadership carries a responsibility to serve. His ongoing involvement in community initiatives, charitable efforts, and organizations dedicated to helping others reflects a genuine commitment to making southeastern North Carolina a better place to live.

Those who know Tom understand that his community involvement isn't motivated by accolades. He gives because he cares about his neighbors and believes in doing his part.

**Recognition for a Commitment That Never Stops**

At Team Gale, community involvement is central to our identity and our belief in being Good Neighbors and Great Agents. Tom's example has helped shape that philosophy, demonstrating that success in real estate can be measured by the positive impact we have on the people and communities around us.

We congratulate Tom on this outstanding achievement and are especially pleased to see his years of continued service recognized at the state level.

**Congratulations, Tom Gale, 2026 Ben Ball Community Service Award recipient!**
