We are proud to report that our $8.75 million Westchester County verdict has been included on Top Verdict’s list of the Top 20 Personal Injury Verdicts in New York in 2025.

The verdict was obtained on behalf of the estate of a 76-year-old woman following a month-long trial. This complex medical malpractice matter involved three different theories of liability, causation, and damages against three separate defendants.

Meet the Team: Dina, the person who helps keep everything moving behind the scenes at Meagher & Meagher.

For the past 12 years, Dina has been an integral part of our team, serving as our Practice Manager and Senior Paralegal Supervisor.

Dina is someone who thrives on staying one step ahead. Whether she’s anticipating a scheduling conflict before it happens, coordinating a busy calendar, or making sure all the moving pieces come together, she plays a major role in keeping our office running smoothly.

But for Dina, the most meaningful part of the job is seeing the impact the work can have on the people we represent.

Outside the office, Dina enjoys spending time with her family and, of course, her dog, Ellie. Dina also enjoys going to the horse track and watching Luke Bryan in concert!
