My Story. My Mission.
I was born in the heart of the Amazon Forest in Brazil, a place that taught me the importance of resilience, community, and perseverance from a very young age.
When I was only 9 years old, I lost my mother. That loss changed my life forever. It taught me that even in our most difficult moments, we can find the strength to keep moving forward and build something meaningful from our pain.
Twenty years ago, I arrived in the United States as an au pair with just $300 in my pocket, a suitcase full of dreams, and a determination to create a better future. Like many immigrants, I faced uncertainty, cultural differences, language barriers, and the challenge of building a life from the ground up.
What seemed impossible at times became a journey of faith, hard work, and perseverance.
Today, I am proud to be licensed to practice law in both the United States and Brazil. Looking back, I could never have imagined that the young woman who arrived here with so little would one day have the privilege of helping immigrants and their families navigate the same system that once felt so overwhelming to me.
My mission is not simply to practice law. It is to serve people, reunite families, protect dreams, and help others see that their current circumstances do not define their future.
Every client has a story. Every family has a dream. And every dream deserves a chance.
