We're excited to celebrate the successful sale of this bright, single-level property and couldn't be happier for our sellers as they move on to their next chapter. Sometimes life plans change such as this situation.

After purchasing the home only a year ago, other plans took the sellers to a new city. We were still able to sell the home quickly with an offer in the first week, $50k+ over the asking price and $150k+ more than what it was purchased for last year.
