Repeat clients are the absolute best! My buyers for 837 Veronica Springs and I have worked together 4 times over the past few years and get along famously!

This time, even though they no longer live in Santa Barbara, when they reached out for me to find them a place to fix up, I immediately went to work and found this diamond in the rough.

It was a sure sign when it had a pink bathtub as every house that my client has fixed up has started with the same tile selection left over from another era. So of course, she had to get it under contract.

The gang is all back together and the design and construction concepts are coming along...stay tuned for the many updates and changes that they plan for this “blank palette.”

Many years of friendship. An entertaining, whip smart and opinionated book club. A spontaneous text, ‘Interested?’ about a charming house. A visit the next day to the property. A second visit that night with book club in attendance. A few days of processing. A fantastic and clean offer was made. An acceptance. was granted A thorough review of all reports and inspections was done (by many). A 6-day escrow closed on time. A very happy first time home buyer now has the keys. Champagne was opened and celebrations were had in an amazing house surrounded by best friends! Welcome home.
