We are proud to congratulate Gabriell Sabalones and the BYU Kennedy Center Model United Nations students on an incredible achievement!

With the help of Gabriell’s leadership, her students competed in New York City. Every BYU delegation earned an “Outstanding” rating, the Model UN equivalent of a gold medal.

Her students went head-to-head with teams from around the world, tackling complex global issues like economic inequality and sustainable housing for refugees, and concluded their experience at the United Nations Headquarters.

This accomplishment reflects Gabriell’s leadership and dedication to solving real-world challenges. We are honored to celebrate Gabriell’s success and look forward to all she will continue to achieve.
