📢 USCIS Update: Biometrics & Privacy

USCIS recently shared important information about how biometrics, including fingerprints and photographs, are used as part of background checks and continuous immigration vetting.

The notice also explains applicants’ privacy rights regarding their biometric information.

⚠️ No action is required at this time. USCIS will send a separate notice if additional information is needed.
