Not guilty after trial yesterday for my client falsely accused of a violation of a no contact order. The witness against him was shown to be totally unbelievable on the stand, and client had all charges dismissed by the Judge without having to present any evidence.

Four more happy clients this week after their criminal complaints were dismissed (no contact order violation, disorderly conduct, simple assault, DUI).

Another client avoided jail time after my long term negotiations with the prosecution, and was given a chance to keep his job and freedom.

Serious felony charge was reduced today to a misdemeanor with no jail time due to our work in showing problems with the case.

Another client with felony charges that were sure to result in jail time received probation instead, after repeated conferences with the prosecution.

Two injury cases were settled last night at $35,000 each for some more happy clients

Happy to have resolved a client's criminal case today with the minimum sanctions.

My client was facing very serious charges and lengthy jail time. After a long couple of years going in and out of court for conferences and exchanging evidence with the State, I was able to highlight some weaknesses with the case against him and negotiate the lowest penalty allowed under the law, which he was very happy with.
