What your lawyer ISN’T telling you… 🤫👀
Ever wonder what actually happens behind closed doors during a lawsuit? ⚖️

Before numbers are ever put on paper, attorneys are having critical behind-the-scenes conversations that clients never hear about.

While you get brought in for the major decisions, key dates, and official offers, most of the procedural talk and legal negotiating happens long before it reaches you. 💼

Are you getting the full picture in your case?

The check is real. So is the release.
Before you accept an insurance settlement, ask yourself:
Is my treatment actually finished?
Have all of my financial losses been considered?
Could I need care in the future?
And most importantly — what rights am I giving up when I sign?
A fast settlement can feel like relief. But once you sign, you may be closing the door on anything that shows up later.
Don’t let today’s check make tomorrow’s problem harder.
Before you accept the offer, let DLL Law Group look at the full picture.

If something happened tonight, don’t sit there trying to figure it out by yourself.
If you got in an accident, got hurt, or something just went sideways — call DLL Law Group.
Seriously.
The last thing you need in that moment is to guess what to say, who to call, or what mistake not to make.
Just make the call. Let them help you from there.

A strong injury case can get weaker without you even realizing it.
Waiting too long to get medical attention.
Missing treatment.
Posting the wrong thing online.
Giving a statement you didn’t fully understand.
Failing to preserve important evidence.
None of these may feel like a big deal in the moment — but months later, the insurance company may be looking at every single one of them.
And if you’ve already made one of these mistakes? Don’t assume your case is over.
The bigger mistake may be trying to figure out the rest of it alone.
Let DLL Law Group review what happened and help you determine the best move from here.

If you’re my client, you’re not talking to the insurance company alone.
Not because you have anything to hide.
Because one casual answer, one poorly worded statement, or one moment where you minimize what happened can become part of the claim.
The adjuster may sound friendly.
The conversation may feel informal.
But the insurance company is still protecting its own interests.
That’s why Stolle doesn’t leave those conversations to chance.
Let your attorney handle the insurance company. You focus on getting better.

That fast settlement offer? It’s not a favor.
The insurance company is not looking at your claim thinking,
“How much can we give them?”
They’re looking at it thinking,
“How much can we justify paying?”
That’s why they may move fast.
That’s why they may minimize the injury.
That’s why they may focus on treatment gaps, prior injuries, or something you said early on.
Because once you accept the number and sign the release, the conversation may be over.
So before you take the check, ask a better question:
Is this what they offered me… or what my case is actually worth?
Let DLL Law Group review the full picture before you sign it away.

The insurance company may sound helpful — but they’re not there to protect your claim.

Their job is to protect their company’s financial interests, and that often means looking for ways to minimize what they have to pay.

That’s why what you say, what you sign, and how you handle the claim matters.

Don’t assume the insurance company is on your side just because they’re being nice.

DLL Law Group helps clients understand what’s really happening behind the scenes and what their case may actually involve.

10/05/2026

Not every case is meant to move fast. Sometimes the best thing you can do is let the process work — finish treatment, gather the right evidence, understand the full impact of your injuries, and build the case properly. A quick settlement might sound good today. But rushing can mean making a decision before you know the full picture. Sometimes the wait is worth it. Let DLL Law Group handle the process while you focus on getting better.

10/02/2026

Sometimes the best strategy is simple: deal with it head-on.

Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it disappear. Waiting doesn’t always make it better. And when the stakes are high, being proactive can make all the difference.

That’s how I approach my clients’ cases.

We identify the issue. We face it directly. We build the strategy around the facts. And we move forward with purpose.

Because sometimes, the strongest defense is being willing to confront the problem before it gets any bigger.

10/01/2026

Your insurance adjuster might sound nice.

They might be patient. Helpful. Even seem like they genuinely care about what happened to you.

That does not mean they’re on your side.

Their job is to protect the insurance company’s interests — not yours.

And I’ll take it even further:

If my best friend were the insurance adjuster handling my accident, I still wouldn’t trust them with my case.

Not because they’re a bad person.

Because in that situation, we’re on opposite sides.

So be polite. Be respectful.

But before you start explaining what happened, answering questions, or giving a statement, remember who they work for.

You protect yourself first.
