The Supreme Court has temporarily allowed third-country deportations to resume.

This means certain immigrants with final removal orders may be sent to a country other than their country of origin, including a country where they have never lived.

This does not affect every immigrant, and the Supreme Court has not made a final decision on whether the policy is legal.

If you or a loved one has a final removal order, speak with an immigration attorney as soon as possible to understand your options.
