☀️ Winning Wednesday ☀️

This week, we are proud to highlight a meaningful immigration victory achieved through our team’s pro bono efforts.

Natalia Gouz and her team provided legal assistance to a family who entered the United States through humanitarian parole due to dangerous conditions in their home country. After the family received Requests for Evidence from USCIS regarding their humanitarian parole extensions, Natalia and the team worked closely with them to prepare a strong and personalized response demonstrating their continued need for protection and the positive contributions they make to their community. Through extensive discussions with the family, detailed country conditions research, and the preparation of supporting affidavits and documentation, Natalia and her team highlighted the family’s positive contributions to their community, including the significant public benefit provided through one family member’s work and the importance of maintaining family unity to support those efforts.

Through strategic advocacy, extensive collaboration, and compassionate representation, USCIS ultimately approved the extensions for all family members—allowing them to remain in the United States. 🌻

Moments like these remind us why this work matters.

Ron Klasko was quoted in The Washington Post discussing his ethical considerations on the gold card visa and how he developed a comparison chart to help clients understand the differences between the gold card and EB-5 visa pathway.
