g the Plaintiff's bar, Troy was an associate attorney at the Philadelphia Defender's Association, one of the most highly regarded indigent criminal defense firms in the county, where he defended a wide range of criminal prosecutions; including DUI, VUFA (gun), robbery, assault, theft, fraud and various other charges. Prior to a career in criminal law, Troy was an associate at a well-respected civil defense firm in Montgomery County representing insurance companies and physicians charged with medical malpractice. Outside of the courtroom, Troy is an avid motorcyclist, horticulturalist and photographer and enjoys an annual trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy all three. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife Amy and is a proud graduate of Villanova University and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Troy is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
